In her studio on the edge of Dartmoor, Corrinne Eira Evans weaves bespoke hand-crafted contemporary chainmail jewellery made from recycled silver, golds and titanium. Each link is fabricated and knitted by hand, to create striking patterns and shapes in the contrasting raw metal colours, the qualities of the earth, enriching each piece with a subtle palette, encouraging wearability.
Inspired by the Devon Landscape, Corrinne captures the links we have with our surroundings in a visual form, through a meditative and absorbing process.
