Karlin Anderson is a jewellery designer maker with studios in Shetland and The Goldsmiths’ Centre, London. She is inspired by the stories of the people she creates pieces for, and the rugged landscape and rich, distinctive culture of Shetland - the islands she has always called home.
Karlin specialises in bespoke designs for individual clients and ready to wear collections in platinum, gold and silver set with diamonds and coloured gems.
From initial concept to finished piece, Karlin utilises a range of traditional and modern techniques including pencil drawing, watercolours, CAD, wax-carving, hand fabrication, mounting, laser welding and stone setting.
